Suggest Treatment For A Cyst In The Breast

I have a benign breast cycst behind the nipple

have had it for yrs, the dr said I did not have to

remove it b/c it would leave a scar, now it has gotten

quite large & now I have a type of tear in the areola on

top of the nipple & it started bleeding when I was showering

the other day & I thought I scrubbed to hard. it stopped but it

still seeping some blood, it looks like a tear. Please advise!!
