Suggest Treatment For A Cyst In The Buttock

Hello Doctor,

I am a healthy 25 year old male who has developed what looks like a boil on the highest part of my buttcheek right below my tailbone. I have had it for about four days now. It is hard and has a cyst like feel to it. It is also red, looks like it might have a head to it, and is about the size of a quarter.
Is this something I need to go to the doctor for or should I just keep it clean and wait it out? Thank you for any help.
