Suggest Treatment For A Dark Spot On Skin

sir..there is a red spot which turns dark red when continuously exposed to sun...but there is always the dark spot..many doctors to whom i have consulted had told me to take carofit plus,sunstop30,metroniadazole,flutivate e,but unable ...so cud u plzz give me the appropriate treatment for this,,,age-20,weight-65
