Suggest Treatment For A Disfigured Face After An Accident

hi,my brother met an accident about 5 years back.his half face is damaged now..his left eye is closed because of operation which was done at the time of accident and his eye sight is also weak. plz suggest what can be done now because doctors said that it will b a cosmetic surgery.
