Suggest Treatment For A Fluid Filled Bumps In Genital Area

I am in menopause. I have had more hot flashes lately, more at night and find perspiration on my chest and leg/vulvar area often in the morning. I have developed a rash of sorts which is not pustular - small, red, pimples which contain a clear fluid if scratched. Not too itchy, however. I and my husband are monogamous. I've never had a rash before in this area. I am 57. I did take a bee pollen "cleanser" just prior to this rash appearing. I got shingles once from a flu shot. Is there a safe "dry" powder or something I could try?
