Suggest Treatment For A Hard Lump In The Ear

I have a small hard lump just in front of my right ear about where my sideburn is, I'd say it's the size of a pea. It is not painful or movable, and it's under the skin. It can't be noticed just from looking at me, but you can feel it. Any ideas what it might be or what I should do?
