Suggest Treatment For A Hole At Circumcision Site On Penis

hi i had a circumcision 3 weeks ago and just notice that most of the skin has healed except for one minor part. i had a scab there and some stiches left over and didnt notice anything but now i pealed the skin back and saw that i can see a hole there. it doesnt hurt and i dont have any bad smell but its freaking me out.
