Suggest Treatment For A Hook Bone Sticking Out Of The Back

I have a hook (bone) sticking out of the back of my head, which makes the higher part look flat...and I also have a bone (ball/bump-shaped) right in the middle of my forehead...I am very self-conscience about them both...why are they there and can I get rid of them. (Also, I didn t have the back one when I was a baby...my mom never left me laying on my back so my head wouldn t become flat!)
