Hi I'm running a Ambulance service in Phalaborwa South Africa. Just had a call; 2 year old boy with a unknown tiny laceration to the head of his penis. The Mom are taking care of it, but she couldn't get the skin back to normal. She called us. We used ky jelly and a ear butt and got it back, do the Mom need to worry about this and must she stimulate his penis now and then to get the skin more lose. Regards Jaco
