Suggest Treatment For A Large Bruise On The Calf

have a large bruise on my shin/calf. was in a collision during a softball game and believe the other players cleat hit my leg very hard. pain has subsided a bit since last week, however, i now feel some burning below the bruise close to my ankle. Have been doing RICE since the injury. mobility was slightly restricted for a few days.
