Suggest Treatment For A Large Soft Lump On Elbow After Falling

Hi. I tripped and fell on concrete several weeks ago, landing on my elbow. It didn t stay sore long, but I just noticed a large, soft lump on my elbow. It doesn t really hurt, but is definitely in the way. Is this a common result of a fall like this? (I am 53 and small-boned.)
