Suggest Treatment For A Lesion

I have had what started out what looked like a spot on the side of my torso and has gotten so painful amwd big it burst yesterday and left a big lesion which started to bleed too. And now my stomach has gotten very bloated and can see this too. Feels like its going to explode.
