Suggest Treatment For A Long-term Methamphetamine User Struggling With Relapse, Anxiety, Depression, Hyperhidrosis, And Self-esteem Issues

I’m a 20+ yrs meth user. I quit several times but with in 6 months, I would have some severe post withdrawals & I would then relapse. I have bad anxiety, severe depression, & hyperhidrosis. I sweat and then I smell like a hog house. I have tried everything on the market and I’ve tried to stop smoking. I can’t work bc this has gave me severe self esteem issues and social anxiety. What can I do?
