Suggest Treatment For A Lump And Rash Under The Ear

I woke up yesterday morning with what appeared to be a spider bite. It was raised and about the size of a pea. Tonight I have a welt that is U shaped extending from the bite area up to just under my right ear at which point there is a lump very tender to the touch. The welt area seems to be filling in with a rash.
