Suggest Treatment For A Lump In The Ear

I have a hard pea-sized (about 1 cm) lump in front of my right ear. I recently had surgery for a pleomorphic adenoma of my minor salivary gland (right posterior hard palate). I've had several severe ear infections too. I've had this lump for about 5 years (that I've known) and it hasn't really changed in size. What could it be?
