Suggest Treatment For A Lump In The Labia Majora

I have a hard, painless oval shaped lump on the labia majora. Most of the time I dont even realise its there. It is about the size of a grape and flat on top. It is almost completely on the outside and can be moved. I am 22 and wondering what this is.
