Suggest Treatment For A Lump In The Penis

i have a problem with my pennis that i dont know the write words to describe it sorry for that and the problem is sometimes unusually just above the pennis something comes up like something bleow the skin when i press it, it goes into the pennis balls and its size increases. Sorry for using these terms to describe and thank in advance
