Suggest Treatment For A Lump In The Upper Crease Of The Leg

Hi I have a sore spot in the upper crease of my left leg. I pushed around and noticed there is a marble sized lump that is sore to touch. I thought it might be a swollen lymph node but i'm not sick. The only other possibility that I can think of is that i do have an ingrown hair that is a bit swollen further right of the lump. I am 22, female, 126lbs. No other relevant Hx.
