Suggest Treatment For A Lump Like Skin Tag On Neck

I have this skin tag that has been on the back of my neck for the past 15 years. It is flesh colored and about the size of a pea. It is also quite squishy like there is stuff in it. Is this a skin tag or could it be something else? Also, how would it be removed as it is really attached to my neck. It's like a large lump but also like a skin tag. Not sure if this means anything but I have had it since a tick was removed from my neck 15 years ago.
