Suggest Treatment For A Mass Near My Uterus, With Mass Effect On The Bladder, Given My Intermittent Flank Pain And Recent UTIs?

I am a 69 year old female with intermittant flank pain and 2 UTIs in past 3 months. My pcp ordered a CT of my pelvis and abdomen. Ct showed 7cm by 8cm low density mass anterior to my uterus with mass effect on bladder dome. No post menopausal bleeding, ascites or wt loss. How concerned should I be?
