Suggest Treatment For A Mole On The Face

hi..all my life i have had a raised brown beauty spot/mole on my face. only small but recently i have developed a spot underneath causing part of the beauty/mole spot to come away. now i have nothing there apart from a small raised lump. it doesn't hurt and is not itchy. Should i be concerned?
