Suggest Treatment For A Mole On The Nose

Hello Dr.

I am Akansha Jaiswal from India. I have a mole on my nose(sized - half inch), a little closer to my left eye.
It was 2010, I had a pimple on my nose & I squeezed it & put on my make up as I was late for work but then after a day it acted as some dead skin clotted in the inner skin of my nose.

I tried using ginger & white wash on my nose. The skin got removed from that specific portion but when the skin started coming the clotted dead skin (mole) came with it.

Please tell me what should I do??
I can't spend a lot of money on it but I want to get it removed by any means.
I would appreciate if you could please suggest me a home remedy or a cheap priced ledger operation.
