Suggest Treatment For A Painful Blister Inside The Nose

Hello Doctors,

I have developed a small bubble inside my nose, it pains a lot, the bubble is same like heat bubbles that form on face . the pain is very high, as yesterday was sunday I could not find any doctor, but based on a nearby pharmacist I am using hifenac-p to avoid pain and novaclox-lb also. please guide me as the painkiller is effective only for few hours and the pain returns back soon
