Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump On The Mons Pubis

I've noticed a pea sized lump on my vagina, its at the very top, just underneath the hair line. I dont shave in this area, and the spot isnt itchy , and is only slightly sore when I touch it. Im 19, havent had sex in about 2 years , and the 2 partners ive been with were virgins themselves so i dont think its an STD. Can you help at all?
