Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump On The Thigh

HI, I am a 22 year old female. I have had this small pinkish bump on the inside of my right thigh for about 3 or 4 months now and it didnt bother me until today when i woake up to find that it had started swelling around the area of the bump. I went to work for about 8 hours olny to come home and see that it had swollen even more. It is very painfull to the touch and it kinda throbs. If it helps I also recently had a LEEP procedure done. PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you
