Suggest Treatment For A Painful Mole In Underarm

Hi for aslong as I can remember I have had a mole on my right under arm, it is about the size of a pencil eraser, has gone darker and hurts at time it also changes density sometimes soft and squidgy sometimes hard- following this a few months ago I found a raised lump under my skin just above my left breast could these be related and should I be concerned? thanks
