Suggest Treatment For A Penis Condition

Hi I am a 33 y/o male who had gastric bypass about 6 years ago, my current weight is 210lbs. I do have excess skin but not severe. About a year ago, I started to get what I would describe as pearly papules on the head of my penis. Over the last three weeks the shaft became red and shiny. I started to use Cetaphil moisture cream to treat it. It then started to be moist and you could rub the skin off. About three days ago I started to secrete a white liquid from my penis. It is not fowl in odor but can be slightly painful. I am currently traveling and unable to see my family doctor for 3 weeks. Can you please provide any guidance. I have not had unprotected sex.
