Suggest Treatment For A Persistent Lump In My Nostril?

Hi, im seeking a consultation about nose.. around 3 months and 15 days ago i got a hard lump inside my right nose which is a bit hard when i touch it. I went for a medical consultation n the doctor prescribed me a spray named "Beclate" to use it for 6 months. But, i have already finished the bottle by using it regularly once a day and the lump still there.. What should i do now?
