Suggest Treatment For A Pimple In The Nose

Hello, im 18 years old and about three days ago i popped a pimple that was located about an inch above my nose bridge. When i squeezed it nothing seemed to come out, well after i did that my head started hurting very bad. It now has been three days since that happened and i seem to have a persistent mild headache. My question is, is it possible that the pus went into my bloodstream and then into my brain? If so would my body be able to fight that brain infection or would i need to see a doctor immediately before i get a brain abscess?
