Suggest Treatment For A Pimple Like Bump On The Leg

hello.. i have a verry bad pimple i think.. on the upperback of my right leg. and its a little painful. but the problem. is it is la inch in a half in diameter. and about 3 cm deep. and its under the skin. how could i get rid of it. or could it be something else?
