Suggest Treatment For A Pimple On The Cheek

A pimple appeared on my left cheek yesterday, and during boxing a hit to the face may have irritated the pimple and now it feels like a hard bump under the skin and the my left cheek is swollen. Also a clear oily fluid leaks from the legion. Please help me reduce the swelling.
