Suggest Treatment For A Protrusion In Right Knee After MCL

hi, my name is John and I have a question concerning the knee, MCL to be precise. I have a bone that protrudes by the inner side of my right knee but u can put it back to where it was. When I play soccer I wear a knee guard and keniso tape for support, but if I step wrong it protrudes please help
