Suggest Treatment For A Pus Discharging Burst Anal Bump

i got a bump near my anus and it dot bursted...a small hole is still secreting pus...consulted a doctor he gave some antibiotics...but it still discharging pus, i am cleaning the wound regularly...what should be done to stop it...right now i am not feeling any pain
