Suggest Treatment For A Pus Filled Bump On Armpit

hi there
I've had inflamed tonsils for a while now
Perhaps about a month or so? Maybe much more as I only noticed it when I had a sore throat
It still hasn't gotten any better and I've also had a bump on my armpit
At first I thought it was a random spot because I have bad acne
But its lasted longer than a normal spot and I just noticed a creamy yellow discharge
Any ideas?
