Suggest Treatment For A Pus Filled Bump On Inner Thigh

Hi, I have a small, hard bump on my inner thigh (smaller than a dime). It's not painful, but it worried me, obviously. I thought maybe it was an ingrown hair/pimple (from running/sweat), and it did pus a bit when I squeezed on it, but it's still there and still very hard.
