Suggest Treatment For A Pus Filled Bump On The Pubic Area

Hi,

I have a lump under my skin on my bikini line that is sore at times. It has been there for almost 2 months now and doesn't seem to be getting any smaller. I have squeezed it thinking it was an ingrown hair but only pus and blood has came out of it. HELP?
