Suggest Treatment For A Pus Filled Lump On The Back

I have a large lump on my back like a cyst/ boil. Over the past two days it has started to relase large amounts of green thick pus and some white solid pus. It has become painful and i am unable to lay on my back. I have been treating it with salt water and hope this will resolve the situation?
