Suggest Treatment For A Rash On The Cheek

I got a rash on the left side of my cheek and it goes along under my neck..like my skin turning dark and dark marks like blemishes..looks pretty bad..i dont know if it came from shaving or some type of infection..i couls send a picture though hopefully you can help.
