Suggest Treatment For A Rash On The Forearm

                                                                 My question is simple. On my left forearm there is a rash and my skin is a bright red and is warm to the touch. The rash is also on my hand and bewteen my fingers. It itches like crazy, and I press on my skin is starts to turn white. What is wrong with me?
