Suggest Treatment For A Rash On The Neck

My granddaughter has a rash on her neck and it has red bumps and buring and soreness in her neck.She has a temp of 98.7.I really want a answer because she wants to know why she has a rash.she has very bad allergys but this is not a allergy breakout.We think it may be a

ringworm.But she doesn't share her nothing of hers with her friends or nobody.We really want an answer if you could help that would be very great.Thank You!
