Suggest Treatment For A Red Bump On Outer Labia

I have a red bump on my outer labia on the right side, I noticed it today because the past few days my vagina has been really sore when I would wipe. I put alcohol on the bump it has seem to get smaller there is not puss in the bump it just has a red dot. I don't believe it is a STD I haven't had sex in over 2 months
