Suggest Treatment For A Red Lump On The Breast

Hey. I have a red lump on my right breast. No pain with it, although I had a breast reduction about a year and a half ago and still have like no feeling under half anyways, so I'm concerned if there's pain involved I might not be able to feel it anyways...
