Suggest Treatment For A Red Rash Behind The Ear

i have recently gotten a small bumpy red rash behind my ears, at first i didn't take any notice of it! but after a night or two, it spread to the back of my neck near the hair line and on the top of my ears have become bumpy. Its rather itchy and sore!! do you know what it might be?
