Suggest Treatment For A Red Rash On The Breasts

I have a very painful red (solid) rash under both breast and surrounding the nipples. It was one breast last night now it has spread to the other breast with redness and pain in the sternum area;. This pain (no rash) is now under both arm pits down to the breast. All is very painful to the touch. Now my right side has a rash and feels like my ribs are bruised. I feel flu like, also have a fungus in my mouth but swish ans swallow seems to help, some. Headache,
