Suggest Treatment For A Red Scab On Skin

I had cut myself shaving and got a scab. Wasnt that bad, but i picked it and it is now red, raised off the skin. It also got bigger but not in scab form and isnt a certain shape but is raised off the skin and flat onto and smooth also on top. It doesnt itch or hurt when i squeeze or touch it.I have had it for a month now and it just wont go away.
