Suggest Treatment For A Scab Like Lesion On The Lip

Hello I have a kinda scab thing on my lip its not red it just looks like i burnt it and i haven't done anything to get this scab i didn't pick my lip or fall on anything it just showed up out of nowhere so I'm wondering What is it and how can i get rid of it?
