Suggest Treatment For A Scabbed Area From Popping A Pimple

Hi, I had a pimple under my nose. I used an expoliating face wash ( which openedit reelly wide and hurt really bad) . i put tooth paste ( an old family cure for pimples ) on it and went to bed. i woke up, took the toothpaste off and found a disgustin large round scabbed hole! WHAT DO I DO?! IT HURTS
