Suggest Treatment For A Scar On The Face

hiii i m 23 year old i made a scar on my face by my nails when i was 18 while removing a ance.it was not that much big later i read in internet that to heal it remove some part of skin i used a needle and now it has become a big scar now i m really frustrated and embarresed for what i did it was better before now its more worse i want to remove that scar pls help....
