Suggest Treatment For A Sensitive Foreskin

I had surgery when I was little cause I couldn't open my penis. Now, I can, but I only do it in the shower cause the head underneath the skin is very sensitive and if it's not in the shower, it will stink up the room. I'm 15, i can't ejaculate. Nothing will come out, no matter how hard I try. I have pubical hair, but I haven't had my wet dream yet and I'm worried I cant have kids.
