Suggest Treatment For A Skin Condition In The Anus

well, I am a Male, 25 Yrs old. I was founced to have an anal sex and i am hurt in that. A small portion of the skin is see outsid of my anal region now. It was bleeding initially but has completely stopped and is normal. Doctor says its a skin folding which had come out. Do i need to get it removed? if yes is it major?
